The mission of Jefferson Park Baptist Church Youth Ministry is to supplement, without replacing, the proper Christian training by parents in the home. Christian education begins in and will ultimately succeed when directed from the home.

We regularly meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays during the school year during Body Life. Our meetings include time for fellowship, a topical lesson, and a light dinner. We also occasionally schedule Y.O.T.T. (Youth on the Town) events such as bowling, miniature golf, ice skating, and horseback riding.

Accountability to Christian friends will help you grow in your faith.
This is one of the best arguments for youth groups. Friends helping friends grow in Christ.

The Youth Ministry of Jefferson Park Baptist Church offers many opportunities for discipleship, fellowship, and stewardship. Over the last year, the youth have:

Participated in World Vision’s 30 Hour Famine to raise money to fight world hunger.
Hosted the annual Sweetheart Talent Show and Dessert Auction at JPBC for family and friends.
Participated in M-FUGE at Belmont University in Nashville, TN.
Participated in Youth Sunday.
