Opportunities for service and fellowship

10:45 am Sunday Worship services are interpreted for the Deaf
A special Deaf worship in ASL is held each third Sunday at 9:30 am
Talking Hands Sunday School Class — 9:30 am every Sunday (with ASL worship on third Sundays)

Jefferson Park has a long history of ministry among the deaf and hard of hearing. We have many dedicated deaf members. We offer a special Sunday School class for the deaf called “Talking Hands.” Our 10:45 am worship service is interpreted for the deaf. Courses for learning sign language are often offered.

We have a separate Deaf worship service every third Sunday of the month at 9:30 am. The service is conducted in American Sign Language and includes testimony, scripture reading, congregational singing (signing), and preaching.
